Turn off changing slider values with scroll wheel

Hi,

Is there a way to turn off that the slider values changes when you move the "scroll wheel" on a Magic Mouse? I like the function for zooming etc so I prefer not to just turn off the scroll wheel itself.

  Have you looked in the Preferences, General tab?
