    Lance,

I am avoiding it until Win 10 has matured.

As I understand things there may be some issues with 10's colour handling when using its own image displaying tools rather than a colour managed application. This may or may not be a problem for you in your workflow and results analaysis.

There is also the possibility that the limitation has been resolved in the recent Win 10 update release or is about to be resolved. But right now unless you are experiencing problems with Win 7 I have not seen anything that suggests jumping on the 10 bandwagon is going to provide an exciting and magical leap forward.

If anyone has a wildly different view and can point to big benefits I am willing to be persuaded ....

I'm using Windows 10 and the only thing I notice is that a colour sample taken with the colour picker Colour Tool gives a different RGB reading (about 10 points less for R, G and B) than the reading at the top of the screen above the image.

I know that others don't have this issue, so it may be a Windows 10 problem.

Either way, it's annoying because you don't know which to believe.

    Thank you Grant and Dinarius,

I have decided not to "upgrade" to Wondows 10 until all the bugs are ironed out, which means I may never upgrade, LOL 😂

    Cheers,
    Lance
