could always rotate the image instead?

could send a ticket into support requesting an extra option to rotate watermarks?

If you use an image as a watermark you could rotate that image to how you want it to be, save it and then apply it.

As already said, if you wish to suggest this as an enhancement to the C1 design team the best thing to do is create a support case and put "Enhancement Request" in the title.

That way it is recorded and used for future planning assessments.

It's what I would do if I considered that such a development was important for me to achieve within C1.

    HTH.

If you want to use an image as watermak, you will have to rotate it as a separate image before using it.
you can did that either with C1 or another tool.
You can use many file format (jpeg, tif, ..) but keep in mind that you will be able to resize you watermark only with a scale factor of 1/4 to 4. So if you want to use a watermak to sign your photo, the image will not have to be too large
