Exporting to Multiple Subfolders
Some of our jobs require multiple subfolders be delivered to the client. Back in Capture One v3 we could easily do this with something like /JPGs/* and it would recreate the folder structure automatically. Three versions later and countless point releases, and I either have to manually handle 20-50 folders on the front end, or the back end, but either way, it is time consuming and error prone.
I have mentioned this with Customer Support, and they have confirmed it does not exit. I am just bringing it up again, as this seems to be the #1 flaw of the current CP1 program. Most of my other issues have been addressed to some degree, but this one is still MIA.

Unless I misread your post, or miss relevant information, but have been looking at the process recipe, Advanced tab? 0 -
If your file naming is the same as the subfolder then you can run my app to create the processed subfolders for you.
http://www.rap.net.au/scripts/theorganised/
So my workflow is:
capture subfolder
1111_01_001
file name
1111_01_001_0001.IIQ
Once files are processed run the app and it creates the processed subfolders based on the filename.0
