The camera profile is set in the camera tab. If you set it there, it will be set for all further incoming captures.

You can change the camera profile in either tab, but in the white balance tab, it is only on that capture, as you've seen.

I usually shoot one picture and then tweak it. After that usually all the pictures incoming after tweaking are the same as the last tweaked version..
Correct me if I am wrong but I do not think you have to push any button. Click the capture Button is just telling the program where to store the pictutres RE: Capture folder.

I'm referring to the tools: The Organize tool, Capture tool, White Balance tool, Exposure tool, Focus tool, Process tool, and Batch tool.

In the Capture tool (the camera icon) you can adjust the way C1 adjusts incoming captures. I have the Settings dropdown menu set to 'inherit from last capture'. That way, the levels, curves and white balance info from the last capture will automatically be applied to the next one. However, ICC profiles aren't copied with this setting, but you can set the ICC profile for incoming shots on this Capture menu too. It is the fifth and last setting. You can set the ICC profile and it will hold for the incoming captures. If you change it at any time, the subsequent captures will also have that ICC profile.

I hope that clears it up.

Greg, is this for PC or Mac, my white balance is coming in as Standard on all captures - how can I set this to my Custom studio WB as default?

this is for mac. You set the White Balance in the White Balance Tool, then click the small camera icon, and it will set that white balance for the incoming captures, when tethered.
