redeem itunes code for camera

Having trouble redeeming the itunes code that Phase One gave out on there promo last month. Is there any trick to using it?
I tried enter all three sets of numbers and no luck on the itunes store. Already downloaded capture pilot when it first came out.

    Maybe you'd better contact Phase One support directly in a support case.

    I already email them twice this week and have no reply. So seeing if anybody has sucessfully redeem there voucher.

    Opening a support case is not the same as emailing.

    The vouchers are standard iTunes Gift Cards, there is no special treatment to the code.
