Can you be a bit more explicit on what kind of images we are talking about? Also, would it be possible for you to post some images of CO7 and Finder? If you can place images on a shared internet folder or photo service, you can past the 'img' link into a post.

By the way, there is a separate CO7 forum. For your next question... 😉

Is the browser area empty, too? If that area sows 'No Variants Match The Search', you may have a filter active. Most likely color or rating.
In this case, look for the magnifying glass in the library tab or next to the browser part. The 3 dots should have an orange background when active.

Just a first idea. I need to know more about your way of working. Catalog or session, for example.

I think I am having the problem you describe and my screen flashes "No Variants Match The Search". I think I saw 3 dots displayed in orange, but then think I cleared something and it is just 3 dots on the normal background color. But I still can't see thumbnails or previews. I am working in sessions in version 7.2.1

It is odd because I can view any folder on my laptop with jpg images, but nothing with raw .cr2 files. My computer at the studio can view the files just fine. I have also double checked that the images are in the folder in the finder window, and just won't display in Capture One.

    Thanks!
    Michael
