shooting thetered with leaf aptus éé
I wanted to give it a try, but the digital back is not present in the capture screen. The green light in the back itself is on, indicating that at least it is connected and has enough power, but nothing visible in the camera part of the capture window.
What is wrong here ?
As far as I can see, the back is supported ?
Please help

Is 'Leaf Aptus / AFi' enabled in 'Preferences' -Capture' - Providers'? (Restart CO after changing providers.)

Yes it is.
The funny thing is that my camera and the Aptus 22 is recognized and works perfect when shooting thetered with the old Leaf Capture 11.5.3 software ??0 -
Silly question perhaps but is the Leaf specific additional software installed?
There are specific questions about whether one wishes to install it and 2 or 3 other options programs during the installation process. (At least there are using Windows.)
I always say no as they relate to hardware I don't have but I assume you would always accept their installation.
See the release notes for more information if necessary.

Well, I finaly got the camera connected to capture one, by setting the camera in the preferences to "other".
So everything seems to work well EXCEPT : I can not take a shot , in the camera viewer I get "errorDB";
I fooled around a few hours (yes , really ) by using severall FW cables to connect to the mac, even tried with an extra powered hub , no luck, I keep getting that error ...pfff0 -

I would suggest you save your time now, having made a good effort, and create a Support Case so that the Capture One Hardware and Software people can investigate and offer some suggestions.0 -
How exactly are you connecting the back? Are you using a direct connection through a "real" Firewire port or are you using an adapter via Thunderbolt?
If so you need to set the back to be powered by its battery.0
