Opening Raw from Leica D-Lux 3

Hy,

I tried to load a Rawfile from a Leica D-Lux 3 into C1. But when browsing to the folder, where the file is stored, the import dialogue and the systemfolders don't show the file.

When I look into the list of supported Cameras, the D-Lux 3 should be supported.

    Hi,

    I had exactly your problem: after a few exchanges with Phase One support, they realized that the supported camera is in reality the Digilux 3, a very different camera. In fact, if you look at the same support page in English they list Diglux 3 while if you check in other languages (I checked Italian, German and French) they incorrectly list Dlux 3 as supported.

    What I did in the end was to convert the Dlux 3 raw files in DNG using the Adobe DNG converter and than importing in C1.
    While C1 applies a generic DNG profile, I have to say that in my experience the pictures looks better than in the original RAW developer (Apple Aperture).
