Sharpening Problem
I have sharpening set to 180/.8/1 in the sharpening panel and I have No Output Sharpening selected in Process Recipe Adjustments. However, all of my processed files end up being sharpened, despite my choice to not sharpen at output.
Am I missing something, here, or is this a bug in C1 v12?

No bug.
"No Output Sharpening" means: no extra sharpening for screen or print. The sharpening from the tool still applies.
With sharpening for screen or sharpening for print enabled, you can define an extra sharpening, recipe specific, to match for a certain screen or printer. Enabling one of them gives you sharpening sliders within the recipe dialog. Then the output sharpening is applied in addition to the sharpening of the tool.
If you don't want any(!) sharpening, set the recipe to "disable all". This includes the sharpening tool setting, too.
