Nikon D90 Capture Pilot functions
Using Capture Pilot with my Nikon D90 tethered to my Windows 7 64 bit computer running Capture One the only remote camera function available on the Ipad is the ability to take a photograph. Only the shutter "button" works.
Is this a limitation of the camera?

I assume you refer to the camera control in Capture Pilot. Capture Pilot should mimic the functionality Capture One Pro has regarding camera controls. What controls do you have in CO 6 Pro? Can you set aperture and shutter speed, for example, or ISO? 0 -
Thanks Paul... When I returned to Capture One Pro I discovered that by changing my camera settings it allowed different functions to be available both on Capture One Pro and Capture Pilot. So, yes I can set aperture, shutter speed, ISO and other functions. The only function that does not seem to be available is live view - but I can live with that. Your question led me to a better understanding of Capture One Pro. Very impressive application I might add... and Capture Pilot is a good addition now that I understand how it works. 0 -
Live view is not supported indeed for Canon and Nikon tethered shooters. 0
