Now I'm having this problem with TIFF files also. Has anyone else seen this? Exported files are more neutral and have less yellow.

A little more information on this, discovered last night: image files exported from Capture One 9.2.1 as TIFF, PNG, or JPEG have the wrong colours when viewed in the Windows image viewing application. JPEG files loaded onto my website have incorrect colour in Chrome and Firefox, but the correct colour in Microsoft Edge.

I did not have this problem before installing the Capture One update recently, making me suspect that the new version of C1 has changed how it treats ICC profiles. Regardless why, I need this fixed because it is pointless to have excellent colour from my Phase One equipment and C1 if the colours change on export (or can't be viewed as intended).

Are you using the Export > Variants option? Since v9.2 there has been a bug in Export Images dialog causing it to reset the ICC Profile setting to "Embed Camera Profile" each time Capture One is restarted.

If I forget to change the setting back to sRGB then the colours in the exported images files look wrong. This is especially true if I view them using Linux where they actually appear as colour negatives 🤓

How do you reset the option to sRGB? I am using export variants, so that sounds like the problem.

In the Export Image dialog, goto the "EXPORT RECIPE" section and make sure the "Basic" tab is selected.

Click in the entry field for "ICC Profile" and select "sRGB ICE6 1966-2.1" from the list.

For me, the problem is inverted: unless I use the "Embed Camera Profile" the jpeg exported files look much more saturated than what is displayed inside Capture One.

I also have the "embed camera profile" problem when exporting. But I also have a viewing problem when in Capture One sometimes I don't see the SRGB profile and sometimes I do. Icons show the correct color. If I export the picture with sRGB the picture looks fine. Anyone knows a solution to the viewing problem inside Capture One?

Has this bug been fixed yet? Is it in the queue to be fixed? It feels like I forget to change the embedded profile to sRGB 70% of the time, and then I have to send messages to my portrait subjects to ignore the images I've just sent and then wait for a new batch with corrected color. I know I should be able to remember this, but it is also possible for the software to remember the most recent setting and that would eliminate the problem completely.

It has not been fixed in v9.3
