    Not clear when and how the error occurs. Despite that, you can reset the program by either remove the session file (Capture One.col50) or/and the user preference file (user.config).

    Null = "Empty"
    If you are getting this error then you have a field that requires an input of data and currently there is none. This can occur, for example, if you are trying to rename the files on output to "Job Name and Sub Name" but have not entered any custom name into those fields.
