C1 8.01 Lightroom import

I've found two irritating issues with my pictures after I imported my Lightroom-Catalog:

- 99 % of my pictures now are dated the day of the import - only very few kept the original date
- the shutter speed is shown in a strange format, e.g. 8.97 s

Has someone any ideas, how I could change that? If I import the pictures directly, everything is fine ...

  Don't have Lightroom - but I found the importer to be very poor. Tried my big Aperture Lib, but Capture became VERY slow! So - I will keep Aperture for my old images and then only add newly shots to Capture One

  Previous Aperture user - ZERO issues importing 22K library. I am comparing Lightroom to C1 and all meta data seems fine, though I did not import from Lightroom.

  That I can confirm only in part. On my iMac (Quad-Core, 12 Gb RAM) C1 8.01 has the same "speed" with small sessions as with my large imported Lightroom-5-catalog. Actually the speed is ok most of the time, but regularly longer pauses happen, where Capture One refuses to react and just shows the beachball. Very annoying.
  
  At the moment I cannot think of C1 replacing Lightroom - even though I like the results and the development of raw files in C1 better.
