    You can certainly contact the sales department to request a refund;

    Please reference the release notes in the future regarding System Requirements for software prior to installation.

    CO reply to my case:
    "I apologize but due to the resources necessary to run the features of Capture One 7 a 32 bit system is just not possible. With a limit of 3GB of RAM, the software would not be a viable editing solution. If you would like a refund please contact the link below."

    I requested a refund.

    Hi NN8918421 ,

    Why not change your window 32 to 64. Look on microsoft website, if you have a good serial number window, you can request to microsoft a 64 bit version for free, or just a few money. Also if you find a version 64 bit (from friend or internet) you can with your serial number window install it. I do it with Vista, That work very well and very fast, and no limit of the 3gb memory like 32 bit.
    Betwen us, it is time to pass at the version 64 bit !!!! A very big difference, specially when you work pictures and video.

    The most incompetent response. Why should I change the version of windows for a single program? In this case, I have to sacrifice all the other programs? If the problem is a lack of memory, then it is a problem of the program in the first place. Why all the rest runs on 32-bit version, and it's not ... And the new version windose perfectly supports all available memory. So how can it be? Assume that the owners of a 32-bit version of windows just left abandoned. ❓
