Printing crashes CO
Hi,
few days ago I made photos during the wedding(in germany we call this a golden wedding - after 50 married years) of my parents. Now I´ve 190 photos that are ok and I like to make an album for my parents. To get an overview, something to hold in my hands, I want print an index with something around 20 fotos on each A4 paper sheet. So I select all pictures in the folder (190 Jpg, each one around 5MB). Then I started the print-Window(Ctrl-P). After that I selected the Layout-Tab and changed the settings in the row/column to 5 and 5, then CO started to update the preview, and then it crashes - a Windows-message appears: Co does not run correctly , searching for resolution (hope you get an Idea what message I mean...)
This happens every time I try... Any idea?
My machine:
Win 7 - 64 bit
AMD Phenom 6core
Ram 4GB
HDD - some of these Samsung Sata II Drives
Printer : Epson Stylus Pro 3800

Since the Printer Drivers are located on the Operating System it may be an issue with Capture One accessing these OS tools.
You can do a quick test by creating a New User Admin account and repeat the test, if this account does not result in a crash then you know there is a disconnect between the Operating System tools and Capture One software on the other account.0
