Incorrect user profile e-mail or password
I've deactivated my CO4 license via the web. Tried reactivating it on a different Mac but when I go to 'Get profile' I get this messase "Incorrect user profile e-mail or password". Double checked the e-mail address and its correct. Had the password e-mailed to me, so that is definitely correct. Got our IT guys to remove any firewalls, there report shows that everything is fine on our side. What else can I do to activate?
