Thumbnails show black preview

Hello,

I dont' know why but sometimes preview files are not coming up in Capture One.
This tiff with photoshop layers, some normally appear but others do not.

If anyone has had this problem and have solved, thank you.

Tiff with layers can give problems. Any use of alpha channel perhaps?

No, there is no alpha channel.
