Can anybody please tell me how to contact PhaseOne
I received an email telling me that there was an upgrade to version 8 available, so I followed the prompts to download it. Since then, I cannot access my files because it says that the "the catalog is currently in use by <me>".
I have tried every avenue that I can find to try to contact PhaseOne and resolve this, but keep coming back to this ridiculous page that gives me only three options, none of which have anything to do with my problem.
I paid a considerable amount of money for this software which, in fact, doesn't do any more than I can do with Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop. Worse still, I have introduced others to the software and they are questioning my wisdom.
If PhaseOne can't give me a simple email address for support, what are my chances of getting my money back? (i'm not holding my breath)

To solve your issue, find the catalog in the Finder.
Right click on it and choose "Show package content"
Delete the file called "WriteLock"

You'll find if you open a support case you get an answer always with 24 hours, and very often much much faster. Phase One support is very good.
If you purchase Capture One via a dealer, you also have the dealer's support in addition to Phase One's support system - in our case Phone, Email, Text, Stop-bys, and bat signals are accepted.0
