C1 v9 White balance presets missing

Upgraded to C1 v9. Now White Balance presets are missing - all I get are "Custom" and "Shot"

Where do I get the white balance presets back?

    Hmm. Mine are still there.

    Maybe delete preference and restart CO?

    They are there for me. Are you looking at raw files or JPGs in this case? On raw files I see all the presets appropriate to my camera, but not on JPGs.

    What is available varies with camera (or more accurately the source of the image file) and file type.

    So there may not be a simple answer to your question if, once you have confirmed that you are looking at the same file in different versions of C1 and seeing different options, you have no new thoughts about the problem.

    I would suggest that you contact the Support team through a Support Case.

    One possibility might be that you have created a different (compared to "standard") default WB for a particular image source. Is that something you might have done?
