5.0.2 Activation
Purchased 5.0.2 Pro upgrading from 4.8.3 Pro. I'm using a Macbook pro OSX 10.6.2.
I can successfully install and run 5.0.2 with the new key and profile and get the message:
"This version of Capture One has been activated". However, when I quit the program and reopen 5.0.2 Pro application it request to have the activation information again or the program will not open. Whats going on?

Contact Support and provide a System Profile. There is likely a permissions issue with your machine which we can help you address. Also, run Disk Utilities Repair Permissions on the machine to hopefully remedy the issue first.0 -

I ran the Utilities Repair Permissions but it did not fix the problem.
I believe I contacted support but I could not tell if the form got forwarded to Support.
Haveing filled out the first screen it just transferred me to a screen about fixing tech issues. Then on to a screen to transfer files to Customer Support.0 -

The three fields that you mentioned are the three steps to submitting a case. The first is details of your Computer/Camera and a brief description. The second is suggested articles that might help. The third is a more detailed description and a option to upload image examples. On that third step just click submit and its all set, you'll get a case Number as confirmation on the following screen.0 -

Bill, please do not distribute files provided to you from Phase One Support. The solution that worked for you may not be a viable option for others.0
