7.01 stopped processing ...
Just imported a card-full of images from my Fuji X10 ... JPEG & RAW files. Using CO 7.01 on my Macbook Air. It suddenly won't process any of the photos I imported. I can make adjustments, select parameters, etc., but when I click the Process button ... nothing. Tried quitting the app and doing it all over again ... no go. Rebooted ... no change. ?????

Please update to 7.1 and report back 😊 0 -
Hi Steve,
Try resetting your workspace from one of the tabs at the top, this should work.
Thanks,

Downloaded 7.1. Same problem. These same files process just fine on my desktop Mac. Both my Air and my desktop are running OS 10.8.2.

Reset the workspace from the pull-down. Set it to default as well as other spaces. Same problem. Cannot process.

Ok. Cleared the Batch history. Still no processing. Turns out when I click Process, the file goes into the Batch History list, even though I'm not Batch processing. I generally process one image at a time. In fact, I can't recall ever Batch processing with CO.

When you process with CO, it ALWAYS batch processes the image. It is not a specific task a user can do.
Question is, what does CO7 do when your image is placed in the batch queue. Does it process, does it disappear after a second, or does it stay there in the queue? And when it disappears from the batch queue, does it appear as processed in the history?
You could refresh your preferences, check your process recipe, create a new session or catalog, to name a few options I would do. Even repair permissions (Disk Utility) could do wonders.0 -

The image just sits in the queue. It doesn't process. I've checked the recipe(s). All is ok there. If I try to re-process from the queue, nothing happens.0 -

I created a new session. That did the trick. Strangely, though, when I transferred the images to the new session folder, they didn't show up. I had to shut down CO and re-boot before I could see the previews. In any event, I can process not only the X10 images but all other images. Before creating the new session, I couldn't process ANYTHING. Strange. let's hope things don't revert! Thank you all for your involvement, help and suggestions.

Spoke to soon. Stopped processing again. I haven't changed a thing since my last CO session. What the heck is going on here?
