applescript broke in Snow Leo

Anyone know why in EM applescript
"save front catalog in file x"
doesnt work in snow but does in leopard.

  Worked for me in Snow Leopard with EM 2.
  
  Also try:
  "save catalog 1 in file x"
  
  Both worked for me. But they fail if file x already exists. Is that different from Leopard? I can't try Leopard from where I am at present.

  I have tried that variation before but in snow leopard I cant get either to work. Can you email me and I send more info?
