Thumbnail generation failed

Hello,

I'm using trial of C1 5.1.1 on a macbook pro 3.1, snow leopard 10.6.3, 4gb ram. Every time I open the program I get the following error:

Thumbnail generation failed
Description: Cannot generate thumbnail from proxy file: too few color profiles
File: some file goes here...
Domain: com.phaseone.captureone
Code: 23

This happens for the "active" image - the image that's selected at the moment of opening.

I checked View > Proof Profile and it's Selected Recipe.
If I change this to Adobe RGB or sRGB I DON'T get the error.

I'd appreciate any help on this matter.

  The question therefore is: what is the profile in the active output recipe?

  You mean process recipe? It's Adobe RGB.
  If not, and I confused things here, where do I check active output recipe? (I'm new to C1)
