add a crop ratio but it rounds off

When I try to add a crop aspect ratio it won't allow any decimal points. It rounds the number off to the nearest whole number.
How can I create an accurate aspect ratio?

  If I understand you correctly you are wanting a crop ratio of, for example 16 x 9.5. In this case why don't you enter a ratio of 160 x 95?

  I have done that but when there's more than one decimal point you end up with too big a number.
  For example 8.375x10.875, there is a max of 4 digits.
  
  I was hoping there was a way to create an exact crop aspect ratio and save it.

  Divide both values by 125 after moving the decimal point und you‘ll get values that should work.
  Less luck with prime numbers.
