    At the Phase One web site you can logon to see your Phase One profile. I sugggest to go there and logon to check your e-mail address and password.

    Use the same combination of e-mail address and password in the Get Profile of CO4 activation dialog.

    This happens when you have more than one profile and that your key was originally activated from a different email address. Create a support case and provide us with your product key and we will look up the correct profile for you.
