Activation of Capture 4
I am a Phase One pro owner and want to upgrade to Capture 4. When the activation box appears Activate is ticked, I read the terms and conditions - this is already ticked for me but grayed out - I get to the next page and put in my license code for C-ONE PRO then my email address. I go to Get Profile and I have my password sent to my email address. It doesn't work. A box comes down saying "Incorrect user profile e-mail or password" . What am I doing wrong.

At the Phase One web site you can logon to see your Phase One profile. I sugggest to go there and logon to check your e-mail address and password.
Use the same combination of e-mail address and password in the Get Profile of CO4 activation dialog.

This happens when you have more than one profile and that your key was originally activated from a different email address. Create a support case and provide us with your product key and we will look up the correct profile for you. 0
