Process recipe tool is closed - How do I open it ?

In the Output tab I accidently closed the Process Recipe tool. Before there was a Basic and Advanced tab with several settings below. Now the basic and advanced tab are not visible and the settings, (file type, resolution, etc.) are not showing.

How can I get these back?

  This is another nice or need-to-know-how Bill! The shortcut is to restore your workspace (Windows menu, Workspace, Default). Done.
  
  The advanced route is to right-click in the open area on the Output tool tab and select the missing tool. Going this way, you might discover that you can manipulate the tools on each tool tab, adding, moving and change their order on the tab. Did you know you can drag tools from to tab to become floating windows? And that you can glue floating windows into one? In the end, you save the day by restoring your workspace, tired of all experiments. Have a great week.

  Thanks very much for your prompt reply and your great information. I have used C1 Pro since version 1 and I really liked version 3.7.8. I have had version 4 on my machine for several months and have finally decided to force myself to learn the new version. There are many great time saving keystroke shortcuts in 3.7.8 that appear not to be in version 4.8.1 so I am really struggling to make the switch.
  
  I have tried to follow the user manual to create custom shortcuts but I can't get it to work.
