File management workflow tips
Hi all, I'm new to Capture One and I want to discuss and get your tips and advice related to the file management workflow
Get straight to the point, coming from Lightroom I got an hierarchical library where the folder names are:
In Lightroom, for each folder and subfolders I were able to import new images keeping this structure which I found it very useful to keep things nice and clean, as well as navigate through them displaying what is inside even sub-folders:

Depending which folders I select, I will get what's in there including any sub-folders:

In Capture one I can't import RAW images keeping a simila structure (not such option in the import window), also for the existing images it won't allow me to see what's inside a certain folder which has sub-folders on it
Also for instance you can see in the picture below there is no picture count on the right of the folder here:

Only selecting the innermost folder will display what's in that specific folder:

I have already opened a ticket with a feature request to support what I have described, since this is really really annoying for me, you may wonder why I'm writing here then, well I wonder if there is someone else which is using a similar workflow and how it has adapted the workflow with Capture One (may not be ideal but at least something better than what I have found so far)

Looking at the linked discussions it doesn't seems this is a new issue which came out and there is no work-around or different workflow which can replace what I have mentioned above
Capture One seems really a nice RAW processor, but when it comes to file management it falls short even at their own free alternative, which is something a bit weird if you think about it...0 -

I think you missed this workaround in one of the linked articles:
