Missing image number

When shooting tethered, if the back switches it's self off and you restart it, the image number count misses a number out. e.g. image number 100 will then increase to 102 missing out a 101.

Any idea's

It happens both on a P30 and an IQ140 back.

    As Phaseone has not bothered to reply to this issue, I can now tell everyone this known fault by Phaseone and hopefully this will be resolved in 7.1.4 but on the other hand it might not.

    Flasher, for a reply from Phase One you have open a support case. This is a user-to-user forum which is moderated and visited by Phase One staff. However, individual support cases have priority.

    In case this issue is generic a fix can be logged for R&D from the support case.

    It's also the same behavior on Canon SLRs when tethered, on 7.1.3
