it's planing to support Canon EOS M3 RAW Files in CaptureOne Pro 8.x ?

    I asked that too (through a support ticket), and they won't give an answer. I sure hope they do or else I'll have to switch software.

    I recently purchased a Canon EOS M3 to augment my heavier Canon DSL collection.

    Stupidly I did this without checking CO8's camera/file format compatibility list.

    CO8 is now an integral part of my photographic life so my new lightweight travel camera has to sit in the cupboard until the wizards at PO do their bit and add the EOS M3 to their supported products list.

    Adobe support EOS M3 RAW files. So I thought I'd download their DNG converter which I did - and it converts EOS M3 RAW files into Adobe DNG (which CO8 supports) but there are of course losses in the conversion so. The net result is I still feel unable to properly evaluate work done on my EOS M3.

    I understand from a business perspective the investment versus return someone like PO has to spend but given PO sees CO as a major competitor to Adobe's products I feel that at the very least PO should indicate when support for Canon EOS M3 RAW files with CO will be available.

    Here's hoping that these together with the words of other CO8 users before me fall into the right ears at PO.
