License Key issues
I'm brand new to Phase One and got a new computer and upgraded to Phase One Pro. I can take the photos in the new software but can't develope them and I'm assuming this has something to do with the message I'm getting when I open the program: \"Could not locate a valid license key. Some features will be disabled until the license key is inserted.\"
I've seen several posts on this but everyone just says \"thanks\" and no one gives the answer to the problem. Where can I find the licenses key? I only seem to be able to find a serial number?
Please help! Need to take photos today!

When you purchase Capture One, you receive a Product Key. If you purchase from Eshop, it is emailed; and if you purchase from Dealer, it is posted inside the CD case.
You have the choice of doing an Online or Offline/Manual Activation. Online requires login to your User Profile at the web site.
Each install on a computer must go through the described activation process. Each machine will give you a Registration Key which must be delivered to Phase One in return for an Activation Key to be entered into the software.
Product Key = 4 x 4 alpha numeric characters - you were issued from original purchase
Registration Key = 4 x 6 alpha numeric characters - newly created on machine being activated
Activation Key = 4 x 6 alpha numeric characters - issued by P1
Begin an Activation using the Product Key.

Thanks Keith, for your quick response. I'm trying to locate the dealer we purchased the software from but am having no luck. It seems the person who purchase the camer equipment and software from my company stole several things and did not make it easy for anyone coming after him.
In the absense of knowing who the dealer was we bought it from, do I have any other options in getting this product key?
