deactivation
I bought a new mac. How do I deactivate the old mac to activate the new one? Do I need to deactivate all through my license agreement online and then reactivate the 2 machines I want to use or can I do it on the mac I want to deactivate.

Both options possible; same result.
Note: deactivation from the program only available for CO4 & 5. Any CO3 activation only available through web site.0 -
Back to my original question "HOW" do I deactivate one computer from the computer itself. I don't trust the deactivate all option from the web site. PhaseOne lost a bit of my trust in their willingness to thoroughly work bugs out before releasing with the whole 4x hassle, and I don't want to end up with a hassle getting something up and running again. 0 -
Dave,
A simple search on the website will bring you these two results;

Thanks for the help. I did search but somehow didn't find those. By the way... version 5 is back to being a stable system with lots of new features 😊 4 was a huuuuge hickup that shook my confidence and had bad timing with the new mac os. That is what shook my confidence in PhaseOne. 0
