    I do hope so too. Perhaps a reply in the mail went into the spam or junk mail folder? You can also check the status of your case by logging in to the Phase One website.

    Full Support cases or the Operating System level "error reports"?

    For a full personal Support Case with a reference number you would expect a response as per Paul's advice.

    For the generic OS type error report one would not expect a personal response although the information provided may well prove useful for future development of the product.

    I usually get quite fast response on a suport request. And also followup if I give a response.
    I get an email about the ticket being updated and can also see the update in MYPages on the website.
