NOISE all this noise on the photos

I am having problems with noise on some of my photos, in the transitions areas from well lit to the shadow areas. I am shooting with a P 25 digital back tethered to mac. my tech guy said its shouldn't be the Hardware digital back but rather the C1 software is not reading all the imformation correctly. help I cant use all this noise.
