Save to Faves preference not sticking in 714. Anyone else?

I have noticed that a preference is not sticking in 7.1.4 the way it had in the past version and am wondering if anyone else has run into this yet.

Capture One / Preferences / General / Favorites

This always seems to default back to "Always ask about adding previous session folder to favorites" no matter how many times I change it back to "Never". I also noticed that when I first ran it, the drop down from this box was set to a blank option.
