    This is most probably due to automatic lens correction. Put it off (you can have it off by default now) and all images will have the same size.

    Alternatively, you can have lens correction and have CO7 adjust the output size to a fixed value in your process recipe.

    This sounds completely normal... just slight change is due to subject data and compression.
    This is why camera's list the RAW file size in "approximate" measures.

    Raw file size is entirely dependent on image content - the "information" (such as as the amount of detail), and the amount of noise in the image.

    Exactly this. The difference in size can be very large indeed. Nothing to worry about at all.
