Upgrading from version 9

I am a little late to the upgrade process since I have continued to use version 9 up until now. I thought I might upgrade to version 10 today but, when I checked for the upgrade price, all I could see was the full purchase price ($300) and the subscription rate ($20/month). I know I must be missing the upgrade link but I do not see it anywhere. Even the version 9 software only takes me to the purchase page for full price purchase.

Can someone point me to the webpage that contains the upgrade information? Thanks.
