Dumb question....file re-naming

Importing Raw files (MP_23455.nef etc.)...

...renaming them using Job + Number (Jobname1, Jobname2 etc.)

.....

Is there a way to do this so that the files stay in numerical order WITHIN the OS finder? The way I'm doing it now means file #20 is after file #2, file #30 is after file #3 etc. But I need them to stay in order...what am I missing? Is this possible?

  I go with rap_digital. In other words, use the same amount of digits. You need more than one digit if you have more than 9 jobs (excluding 0 as a job number).
