Have you already looked at the Process Recipe tool, Advanced tab? For Root Folder field, choose Image folder and set the Sub Folder name.

As a result, when you create a new session, the output will to go the Sub Folder in the Capture Folder (assuming that is the Image Folder, the folder the images reside in).

Yes I know the Advanced Tab, Subfolder feature.

I do not make a new session for each 24 shots, just a new capture folder.

What I would like is that C1Pro can automatically change the name of the output subfolder to match the name of the actual capture folder.

I second that request – it would be extremely useful. For ever shoot I do the photos usually get categorized into at least a dozen different sub folders.

On a related note it would be nice if there was "show files in sub-folders" view option.

I have a little app that organises files into sub-folders based on the file naming 1222222_001.tif gets moved into a folder in the output folder called 1222222. or 1222222_alt_001.tif get moved to 1222222_alt.

If you are interested let me know.

I'm interested, definitely. Posted about this a few months ago.
