NEED HELP WITH RAW FILES

Hello,

I have a problem in my hands, I did a photo shoot this past Friday using my Canon 1D thinking the entire time i was shooting raw files. Come to find out when i get ready to process everything I get 3.5MB File TIF. How can i switch it and process a raw image to get a bigger file size?

    HI-
    ,Tif ( not to be confused with TIFF) is the RAW file format for EOS - 1d.
    Use Capture One to process out to .TIff and Jpeg formats.
    Final output size and format can affect file size.
