Arrow Keys for Toggling Between Images
Hey Everyone,
First post here, thanks for your time. This is something simple that has been bugging me and I figured this community could easily come up with an explanation and perhaps a solution. Thanks in advance for your time!
When using any version of C1, there will come a time when the arrow keys will not work for toggling between captures. I believe it happens after switching between tools, but I have not been able to put my finger on it. To get the arrow keys to work again, I have to click an image in the filmstrip, any image, then the arrow keys will work again. Does anyone know why this happens, and if there is a way I can get the arrow keys to work again without having to click an image in the filmstrip? I prefer to work through keyboard shortcuts... if I switch to a certain tool or press a certain keystroke will the arrows work again?
Thanks again!

Cmd + the arrow keys will cycle through images at any time.
When you click into the folders in the library tool it disables the arrow keys from cycling through images and enables them to cycle through folders. There may be more instances than just the library tool, but that is where I notice it most frequently.0 -
Also happens when you use Show/Hide Viewer and back.
I built up on what cdc said (thanks for the tip 😄 )
To avoid using Cmd, I changed hotkey of Select Next & Previous to up/down key. You can change those to the keys you prefer. Now I don't have to click an image in filmstrip after Show/Hide Viewer, hooray. Just have to deal with the Edit button blinking up top now.0 -
@cdc & @Wesley, thanks so much for the quick feedback. You pinpointed where it was happening, gave me a workaround, and presented additional information. Much appreciated, cheers! 0
