    I've also got an ATI Radeon card (a HD 5450 1Gb) with 10.11 drivers and the Open CL box is greyed out and therefore I assume it's not active. 😕

    Running 64bit Windows 7 with the 64bit version of C1 (currently running as a trial at the moment)

    Open CL works fine with Photoshop CS5

    During development we have tried to cover many GPU cards. 5670 is not one of them (yet).
    Please contact support and we will try to help. BTW look for the OpenCL guide.pfd at our download place.
