Is my 'free' copy of C1 eligible for upgrade?

I took advantage of the offer extended to iView/EM users to get a free copy of Capture one. I would like very much to upgrade to the Pro version of V6 and I would like to know if the copy I am using is eligible for the upgrade pricing? It'd be nice to save 100 euros if I can

    Although I am almost 100% sure a free upgrade to v6 is not available to the free copy you got as iView/EM user, you can check yourself. Once you activated the license, you can check its status online (login, account, license management...).

    The rumor is that one of the million free licenses got accidently a lifetime free copy covering any future upgrade. Worth checking, I guess (I wasn't lucky, so you still have a chance).
