Catalog crashes when adding a TIFF

I'm getting a chronic, repeatable crash when adding a TIFF file to an existing catalog.
Drag the TIFF in, and the wheel spins indefinitely (Not Responding).

Tried to update to a new version (1.3.2 is worded, but the data file is 1.3.1) but I suppose I have the newest rev.

    Hi there,

    what TIFF file types are you trying to add? I found some troublesome with MediaPro (and CaptureOne), e.g. greyscale TIFF or TIFF with layers.

    These are flattened TIFFs, RGB.... the same workflow patters I've been using since my ancient iView Media Pro from the early 2000's...
