Canon disconnect problem FIXED kinda
Hey guys,
Since 7.0.2 didn't fix the reconnection of canon bug, I thought I'd write a little script that would restart CaptureCoreServer.app that controls tethering without the need to restart the whole Capture app.
check out me page for details.

Hangs in 6.4.4, which has the same problem as 7.0.x and Canon cameras. Any chance you could make a version that works in 6? 😄 0 -
it should work. If its hanging then you are trying to re-establish the connection before the app restarts. What i tend to do is once a shot is done i turn camera off run the script and then turn camera on just before we start shooting again. 0 -
Huh, tried it twice - crashed both times - beachball, "Capture One not responding" when I cmd+option+esc.
I'll keep playing next time I get the chance - would be an impressive hack to show off to clients 😄
