Best advice is to try a new browser... We have had a normal steady stream of Cases over the last few days, so it does appear to be working. 0 -
Been trying for four days now.. keep getting error message. Tried Safari and Firefox same result, is there another browser which is ideal for a support case?

Clear the private data from firefox (caches etc) and try again? It happens to me frequently and this works most of the time. 0 -
Thanks.. tried emptying cache and still no luck. I'm guessing its something on their end... I'll try again tomorrow. 0
