Import folder lost?

Hello,
I've bee expermenting with Capture 1 that I just purchased and think that i made a crucial mistake:
In the control panel the: 'Capture folder', 'Process folder', 'Trash folder', 'captures' and 'processed' are red highlighted. When I want to import files from my CF card the message: IMPORT FAILED The captures could not be imported because the import folder does not exist.' appear.
Please advise!

  I am trying to import my files and keep geeting the following message:
  
  \"The captures could not be imported because the import folder does not exist.\"
  
  Can someone help?
