What causes imgcoreprocess.exe error (or imgcoredll.dll) ?

when i use 100% view + crop + focus and hand over image a imgcoreprocess.exe error closes C1 v4

even if i use photoshop and a lot of RAM it never occur. Only when i use (or try to use) CO4... v3.7 is ok but can read my new camera...

any tips? Thank you!
