How to delete duplicated files?
I have no idea why but I have 700 duplicated images in Capture One Pro and I can not delete them.
Because if I delete one of them, another one will be disabled or missing.
What should I do?

I assume that you must mean you have two copies of the image file in different folders on disk, and both are imported into Capture One.
(I tried importing the same file in the same disk folder, and Capture One carefully said "skipping import")
I tried this started by copying some image files into different folder (using finder), and then importing them into a different CO project/album. Then I copied the images into the same album, and I had two copies of each in the same album.
I then selected one of the images, deleted it (selected the option "Move to Catalog Trash")
Then I emptied Catalog trash, carefully choosing the option NOT to delete from disk.
At that point the other version of the image was still in the catalog, and I could use it freely.
For me, there isn't a problem but perhaps I haven't replicated your problem.0 -

Duplicated images may or may not mean duplicate files. If deleting one image from C1 makes multiple images disappear, chances are that you were looking at multiple variant images created from one file, or you were perhaps looking at one image variant presented in several places in C1.0
